Imperios, Brightening 45 of Kalendryas
Autumn of Era II of the Celestial Mandate
Era IX Post Fractum in the Age of the Darkening
Lindi Tinuviel sat comfortably, resting on the soft patches of moss that had crept all around the slightly glowing wayward stones, always adorned with vein like streaks of pigmented pink. These stones had served as a focus point, in the lifetime curiosity of Lindi to what purpose they could have served as. These ancients on the path leading to the gate of Ethgan’tor were a mystery that she knew she would never find the answer to.
The scent of nature had the Esh’lahier elf, in a state of relaxation, so that neither worry nor grief had the slightest cast of shadow on her current state of being. Although the nobility of Ethgan’tor hardly walked past the gates of the city itself, Lindi had frequented the forest in search of something other than the view which held her eyes on a daily fashion.
Never had she strayed too far, to the point where she would be deemed as one of the Esh’lahier who occasionally wandered out to the Allerian Empire for trade and commerce. No, Lindi had no ambitions of such sort as of yet. She had yet to start proper training.
Here, with her back resting against the small ivory tower which held the color changing way ward stones imbedded in them, the female Esh’lahier zoned in and out of reality. There was no purpose to this visit, other than to perhaps, claim a bit of peace for herself.
Her long thick mane of silver stranded hairs, was weaved into a braid which was then curled and pinned up with a thick wooden branch, to keep the dampness of the moss or the pieces of brittle and dried leaves from tangling and wetting it.
Calico cottom like skin, pale and radiant, bathed in the continual light which illuminated the forest, and the way ward towers, but in no fashion, changed the hue or tone of her natural color.
Here in the middle of all things, she was content. Though, she would turn back soon, for the grandness of the ivory city called out to her, as it did to all her kin, the final refuge of her people.
