Firstly, may I congratulate you on your appointment as Governer of Centripax. As the previous holder of that position, I would like to offer you my services should there be anything that you come across in the next few cycles and months that you are unsure of. I have attempted to leave everything in order, but I am sure that, of necessity, there are things that I have overlooked. Please be assured that I will assist in any way I can.
Following on from my congratulations, I would like to request a meeting with yourself. This is in regards to relationships between the Empire and the lands of Kel'rondar, in the hope that we can work together to continue to strengthen relations between our two people.
