Greetings your Excellency, I wish to thank you for your comments towards my actions in Paxia, and that your faith was not misplaced. I wish I could of done more for the city and for the province of Arium. However my aspirations in life and goal to help the people of the Empire beckons me to the seat of Government here in Primus Gaudeo.

I know very little of the details that you speak of, but I do intend to look into the subject with more detail, as at present the state of the Empire needs strength and unity coming from the Cities, and Provinces. Along with its Government's. If there is a way my position can assist in lowering the tension between our two provinces then I shall do everything within my power to do so.

However this request to send aid to Paxia does not come from the Provincial Government, it comes from the city of Primus Gaudeo, and the hearts of it's people. Paxia holds a place in my heart that will never leave, the brave men and women I stood side by side within the Citadel defending there very own lives, the lives of there children, wives, mothers, sister, those who they care about.

Thus I still wish to send aid to Paxia, more supplies then military aid. But if the protection of the citizens are needed and Arium requires it's military might elsewhere during these pressing time. I will allocate a section of the local guard to reinforce the ranks of your own. But to assure you that this aid is not there with hostile intent I will be more then willing to issue orders that for the duration of there stay within, or around the city of Paxia they are to abide by the Chain of Command set within the Province.
This will allow a temporary boost in the re-construction of the city and aid of the people.

You Excellency, but intent is to not push the dust up between our two Provinces, but to find a solution that will help the people of the Empire, and for the time being I wish to assist those of Paxia. If you still do not wish to have guards and supply resources from Primus Gaudeo then I understand and shall respect your boarders, but if you should ever need assistance then please do not hesitate to send a messenger to me and I will dispatch them at once.

Until I hear from you I will keep the reliveal efforts on stand-by.
