It was on his brightening off that Verus found himself up near the Colosseum. He hadn't really had a destination in mind when he had set out but now he found himself outside the Colosseum looking at the large sign that hung in plain sight. It announced the Nexus Prime Cage Fighting Championship, an interesting idea Verus thought.

Intrigued, the rhagrhnd made his way inside the building and found the forms. Glancing over it Verus saw the note at the bottom about healers being on hand in case of injury. That was what got the rhagrhnd to sign up, not the belt or the money. No, it was the fact that he could let loose and enjoy himself in a good bare knuckled fight. He really didn't have much experience in hand-to-hand combat, though he had gotten a chance to fight a man intent on torturing him. The Tickler he had been called, in the first moments of the fight Verus and mostly deafened and blinded the man, and in the end... the Tickler had gotten his throat cut. Tricks like that would not be suitable here though; this was a friendly fight, not judgment.

Taking a pen the rhagrhnd began to fill out the form.

At this one Verus paused. As far as he knew he did not have a nickname, but it was on the form so Verus thought about it for a moment. His friends made the occasional comment about his love of the cold; maybe he could base it off that. Looking back down at the form he finished it off.

Nickname: Snowman
Signature: Verus

Placing the pen back down, Verus pushed the form across the desk to the receptionist. "When will I know when I fight?" He asked the receptionist. He would have to get the time off from his duties in the West Wardens. Maybe he might even convince Rahden and Seprafel to come watch his fight.
