Keldon nodded his head as Raliric spoke. "Well my friend, the positioning of Provincial Troops is out of my area of authority. Although there will not be as many stationed within the city in the future. Atleast that is my hopes, however as for the Refugees your suggestion could work. However in the next little while I plan to be driving the recruitment for the Guards forward, along with several other changes on how this city is protected. I intend to be inviting all of the Refugees a position within the guard if they so choose. As I do not expect all of them to accept, but having such a large work force in the city it is something I intend to take advantage of." Keldon said with a smile leaning into his chair.
