Petula took a few moments to herself in some near by bushes as Teacup continued to search for their new home. She trailed her hands along the multitude of leaves surrounding her and breathed in the nature around her thinking about the Faerie who waited for her just out of sight.
She perched on a conveniently placed branch and, feeling a nice breeze flow over her naked body closed her eyes and listen to the world around her. She heard the call of birds high above the sky, the soft sound of water lapping in the distance, the slight rustle of the world around her as it danced with the wind and the almost indiscernible sound of Teacup’s wings. The last sound filled Petula with a warmth made of love, happiness and comfort.
They had spent most of the morning looking for a place they could call their own, with no luck so far. But Petula knew it was only a matter of time, she had no plans to leave Zinn’Sunn.
She opened her eyes to the sound of Teacup calling her name and immediately flew in the direction his voice had come from. She peaked out at him from the bushes and saw him, with a beaming expression on his face next to an opening in the closest tree. A smile broke out on her face as she flew towards him and what seemed would be there home. She reached out to him and they held hands as Petula entered the hollow for the first time, resisting the urge to wrinkle her nose at the smell and instead looked at the potential of the space she saw around her. The thought returned the excited smile to her lips and she turned to embrace Teacup. Their lips found each other in a passionate kiss and Petula enjoyed knowing that she was home for the first time four years.
