The letter that arrived at the aedile's office was written in a looping, feminine hand, and closed with a wax seal. It was brought by an Imperial courier.

I am writing this letter to inquire regarding available real estate within the city of Arakmat. I am looking to possibly purchase a winter residence in your city. Would it be possible for you to tell me what sort of property I might obtain for a reasonable sum, perhaps 20,000 crowns?
