Part 1: The Basics
Secrets :
1. What is your full name?
Viskyia Crow is my adopted name. I was born Viskyia Gha’Nalis, but don't accept the surrname.
2. Where and when were you born?
The Gha'Nalis Estate, Vortex, on the 18th of Ioannes.
3. Who are/were your parents? (Know their names, occupations, personalities, etc.)
Lord Kedrinus Laskinu Gha’Nalis (Esh’lahier Lord) and Maria, Female Human Slave (Rhagrhnd). Kedrinus took Maria forcefully from the streets of Vortex when she came down from the mountains to have her adulthood quest. She was a feisty passionate girl who fought Kedrinus' advancements. Viskyia's cousin Skyliss revealed to her that Lord Kedrinus kept Maria chained every day of her life. He beat her finally to her death after Viskyia's birth.
4. Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
No. My mother was fourteen when she died. There were no other children.
5. Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
I live in Demios in a manor with my own adopted children; Kaden, Phim, Corwyn, Eric, Myra, and Alyssa. Our housekeeper Bunny and our Groundskeeper Jobe live with us.
6. What is your occupation?
I'm a Jewelcrafter, Gemologist, and Zinn'ka Artist
7. Write a full physical description of yourself. You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.
Standing 5ft 7inches, I am of average height, slim build, and have the physical fitness of a girl well accustomed to physical training. I have incredibly pale skin, bordering on white. I can be best described as pleasant looking. I am not a striking beauty, but there is an exotic look about my features because of my unusual eye color and pale hair. My hair is long smooth length of shimmering white locks that seem more translucent than anything. Since it's grown out over the winter, I've started wearing it plaited into a braid when I'm working. On my right inner ear, branded into the cartilage, is the symbol of the small Esh’lahier House of Gha’Nalis. I try to keep it hidden. My eyes are a warm citrine yellow. I have long thin fingers, well calloused, and heavily scared with tiny cuts from working with gems and jewels. I normally am found wearing black trousers, a colorful blouse, low boots, a black leather belt, and a black cloak or coat depending upon the weather. I always goes armed with a dwarven steel dagger and two throwing ones. I also have a tattoo of a crow swooping with both wings open on the small of her back.

9. Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
No, not that I know of. I am however oftentimes afraid, though I don't let it show.
10. Are you right- or left-handed?
Right handed, definitely.
11. What does your voice sound like?
My voice is soft, professional and sometimes considered cold. I have a slight accent, and when I sing... which I do only shyly, I would be considered a rich soprano.
12. What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?
"By all that glitters....." Is one of my favorite. One of my other favorites is..."Well, its obvious their inclusions are significant." A little jeweler humor never hurt anyone.
13. What do you have in your pockets?
A Jeweler's Loupe, probably several daggers... a handful of crowns, and these days usually a small toy or trinket to entertain a child. I often have unusual stones or in my pocket too, things I pick up beachcombing on Demios' wild shores.
14. Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?
You'd probably have to ask others. One thing I can think of is the fact that I really really hate it when strange men touch me uninvited. I usually react instinctual with violence, crowding their space and knocking them flat before I even realize if it was a social advance or just a kind gesture. I've embarrassed myself more than once with this bad habit.

Part 2: Growing Up

15. How would you describe your childhood in general?
My childhood was a silent nightmare. I was not treated like a child. Rather, I was raised as an ornament. My hair, face, clothing, jewels all had to be perfect. I was often used as a sacred pure alter for my necromantic father's worship, or even sometimes even as a living table. I was taught to be seen, to be beautiful but to never speak or breath in a noticeable manner.
16. What is your earliest memory?
I dropped a small crystal water vase, broke it, and was sent to the kitchens for a week to sleep in the corner and be a spit girl. I ended up replacing the dog on the treadmill there. I didn't cry. I didn't complain. There was more food in the kitchen elsewhere, and I enjoyed it, even if the cooks took to calling me dog.
17. How much schooling have you had?
I've had schola, and then a great deal of Zinn'ka and Jewel Crafting education.
18. Did you enjoy school?
Yes, I love books. They are an amazing escape.
19. Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?
I learned them on the job, from either mentors that worked with me or those that I helped out. Titus Crow protected my art of Jewelcrafting while Nydardomond and a saurid master aided my education in combat.
20. While growing up, did you have any role models? If so, describe them.
No. My models growing up tended to die off quickly. My grandmother Meg sheltered me from the worst of these violent slaughters, but there was still no one to role model me at all.
21. While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?
I was closest to my grandmother. No one else even looked at me. I was grateful for that.
22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be alive.
23. As a child, what were your favorite activities?
Being alone, studying books, cutting and polishing rocks. There were a lot of things I didn't enjoy.
24. As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?
As a survival mechanism, I didn't display any personality at all. I was a blank slate willing and able to be whomever or whatever wanted.
25. As a child, were you popular? Who were your friends, and what were they like?
No. I had no friends and liked it that way. I wouldn't have known what to do with any anyhow. And if I had made friends, loosing them would have been unbearable.
26. When and with whom was your first kiss?
Lord Kedrinus Gha'Nalis gave me my first kiss. My grandmother interfered or it might not have stopped there.
27. Are you a virgin? If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?
Yes, I am a virgin. My sire liked to keep his ornaments chaste and pure. He never knew when he needed to bloodlet one for a ritual and I got volunteered for that a great deal. When I was older, he started looking at me differently though, so who knows how long my purity would have lasted.
28. If you are a supernatural being (i.e. mage, werewolf, vampire), tell the story of how you became what you are or first learned of your own abilities. If you are just a normal human, describe any influences in your past that led you to do the things you do today.
The whole of my past influenced who and what I am today. Slightly paranoid, always looking over my shoulder.... I fear the world more than I care to admit, and harden myself against it trying to avoid being hurt or caring too much about any one person.

Part 7: Self Images And Etc. Secrets :
84. Describe the routine of a normal day for you. How do you feel when this routine is disrupted?
I don't sleep much so I normally run late at night and first thing in the morning. I grab a scone in the morning for breakfast, and head into the gemshop after doing chores around the house. I spend the morning working on client requests and commissions, and working on stock in the afternoon. I take a break at the midday meal to have my main breakfast. I often go for a ride or walk on the beach after work, and spend time with the children on my days off and all evening.
85. What is your greatest strength as a person?
I'm not afraid to visualize something, and turn it into a reality.
86. What is your greatest weakness?
I'm afraid. Everything scares me. I fail socially, and have given up being a obedient.
87. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I would have been born free, in the mountains, and not a half blood slave.
88. Are you generally introverted or extroverted?
I'm mostly introverted. To close friends though, the shell opens wide up and I become an extrovert.
89. Are you generally organized or messy?
I'm very organized.
90. Name three things you consider yourself to be very good at, and three things you consider yourself to be very bad at.
Things I am good at: Jewelcrafting, Zinn'Ka, and listening.
Things I am bad at: Relationships, Admitting feelings, and taking compliments.
91. Do you like yourself?
Sometimes. Not always though. I rarely look in the mirror. I can tell you that I like myself better when I dress in good honest work clothing. If I'm at all dressed up and wearing jewelry and heavy cosmetics, I loath myself more than you can ever imagine.
92. What are your reasons for being an adventurer (or doing the strange and heroic things that RPG characters do)? Are your real reasons for doing this different than the ones you tell people in public? (If so, detail both sets of reasons...)
They are different than what most people would assume. I keep constantly adventuring and striving to be better than I am to prove to myself that I am good enough to be a freeborn even though deep down I always somehow feel I am not.
93. What goal do you most want to accomplish in your lifetime?
I want to become the best jeweler possible for me to be, and I want to learn to cut signe stones, walk through dreams, and help everyone I can, even if its just by listening when they need an ear.
94. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I want to be cutting signe right here in Demios with my growing family.
95. If you could choose, how would you want to die?
I'd slip off in old age after a long happy life surrounded by family.
96. If you knew you were going to die in 24 hours, name three things you would do in the time you had left.
I would thank those that deserved it. I would tell those whom I loved that I did so. And I would probably make sure my death wasn't wasted by killing someone or something that needed killing or die trying.
97. What is the one thing for which you would most like to be remembered after your death?
That I truly lived while I had the chance. I never want anyone to be able to say that I stopped living before it was time... or that I wasted my life.
98. What three words best describe your personality?
Calm, Introverted, Fierce.
99. What three words would others probably use to describe you?
Strong, Sensible, Dedicated.
100. If you could, what advice would you, the player, give to your character? (You might even want to speak as if he or she were sitting right here in front of you, and use proper tone so he or she might heed your advice...)
