[Ariston]

Ariston was in his element as Finna continued his lesson. He was learning, and that was something he always excelled at. A strange thing, he supposed, but it was true. Some people took to swordplay naturally while even basic math was difficult for them. With him, his mind was a sponge. He took in everything and learned it. Maybe not to such a degree as his teachers, but, he did learn. And this was no different.

In the aerie, he looked about, eyes alight with excitement. There were so many birds here, with so many different appearances. He followed her, remaining quiet, taking in all she imparted to him. In his current state, it took a few moments for her question to penetrate his mind. He turned back to her and smiled crookedly. "oh....A falconer? A falconer would be someone who works with the bird, instead of expecting the bird to work for them. They seek a partnership, to work together. And if the birds are kept close to humanity, then they will become more accustomed to us, and easier to train." As he spoke, his eyes darted about, curious as to which would become his training bird.
