Elegia Godiva is an upstanding Citizen
Elegia heard a horse stop at the front of her house and put the book she was reading down. She got up and went to the yard but the rider had already left. She saw hoofmarks in the front of her mailbox and went to see. And indeed, there was a letter.

She broke the strange seal after looking at it thoughtfully and read the letter out there on the street. She frowned slightly while walking back inside her house. This wasn't new to her, this kind of a job. It wasn't something she wouldn't like to do, but it wasn't her favorite either.

She went to her desk and began to write:
Quote:
To Duke Ellington Nourbeau
Jaedaxia, Sodality of Carmelyn

I thank you for your interest in my notice and my line of work.
I would be happy to come to your residence and meet your son. Would 35th Brightening of this first month be suitable or would you like to wait until the second month? Either would be good for me.

I hope you can make sure I have a proper room with a bath and a clean bed through my visit with you, so the meeting with your son would be as smooth as possible.

Also if you could help me with the arrangements with my travelling, as I don't own a horse of my own and would probably need an escort anyway, I would appreciate it.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,
Elegia Godiva
Elegia closed the letter in to an envelope and sealed it. She didn't have her own seal these days, so she just made sure there was some kind of a seal on the letter. He went around the corner and rushed to the first decent tavern there was near the docks. And she was right, the messenger - he did stand out even in outside the tavern, he didn't look much like the average person in the docks - was getting back on his horse.

"Excuse, might you be the young man who delivered the letter to me at the docks, I'm Elegia Godiva." she smiled at him.
After a brief conversation she handed her letter to the messenger who nodded politely and rode off the city.
