Was that a knock on the door? Lyn lifted her head from Lyr's chest and looked towards the door. It would be a bad time for anyone to enter, it wasn't like she and Lyr were doing anything...now. Her clothes lay strewn about the room and all that covered her was the blanket on the bed. Was she ashamed of what she had done? Not in the least...ok...maybe a little bit. Especially when she caught sight of the silver ring on her finger, damn ring making her feel guilty for being unfaithful to her husband. Well...who knew...maybe Athan was doing the same thing. Feth, how was that supposed to make her feel better?
She heard the knock again and nudged Lyr, she didn't know if he was awake or asleep, being that she wasn't sure what time of the brightening it was. She knew that they had come from the tavern, "enjoyed" one another's company and then fallen asleep, the knocking had woken Lynessa and she wondered if she should answer the door herself or let Lyr. In the end, she chose to slip off the bed and since she couldn't find a shirt of her own, she put on Lyr's shirt, it was big enough that it hid everything important, but didn't leave much else to the imagination.
She brushed her disheveled hair out of her face and walked out of Lyr's room, she stepped around a few of Rose's toys that lay on the floor, not wishing to trip and made her way to the front door. She didn't exactly know why she was answering his door, but whoever it was could be turned away and she could go back up to Lyr, she didn't know if she was done with him just yet. She turned the knob and opened the door enough to see the fiery haired woman, which was enough for the woman to see Lyn as well. Lynessa didn't look the least bit shamed to be caught in Lyr's shirt because she didn't know who Ality even was.
"Lyr's a bit busy, could you come back later."
