(OOC: The snow-white acts similarly to the kero only it adds euphoria, increased sex drive, and anxiety to the mix, and you're less prone to violence.)
"I don't need money, man! I'm no common thief!" Bowery nevertheless found the money safe, a small box, and tossed it out the window. It broke open with nothing in it -- shopkeepers never left money in their empty shops. They took it to the bank or a sock under their mattress at the end of the day. Then he shouted out at the two watchmen, "We're not thieves, officers! Just making sure these weapons don't fall into the wrong hands!"
"Sir, you're under arrest!" yelled the cop.
Kenkuroi had picked up a saber from one of the racks. The fire on the walls was spreading to consume the entire building. People outside were yelling and forming a bucket chain to the sea -- which fortunately was on the other side of the street.
"No!" shouted Bowery, who was now carrying a large battle axe, "You're under arrest, for treason and heresy! You people killed Diana! Ioannes is illegitimate!" He leapt out of the store window and swung the battle axe so that swept away the cop's sword. He held it in front of him.
"Deal with that one!"
Kenkuroi at this moment would feel the kero kick in, which suddenly made him feel incredibly aggressive and as though killing a man might be fun, or at least, there wouldn't be any consequences. He was confident and in control. Nothing could go wrong.
Then Bowery stopped a horse-drawn coach, dropped the battle axe, pulled out a long knife and forced the driver out. A woman in the back was screaming in terror.
"Get in!" shouted Bowery. But there was still the second officer.
