Valence made his way to the Hold after he was given orders from the Daekin to meet Commander Veleraen. He was stopped at the gates and inspected. He was then told where to go from the gates. He made his way up to the building he waas told to go to. He opened the door and said
"Commander Velaeren I have a note for you from Daekin Eyvind Redbeard Avornmagor Björnsson." He then handed it to who he assumed was Commander Veleraen. The letter read:
