I'm somewhere between Z'kron and Goss.

I like testing for entrance, but I don't see the guild testing 'proven' Journeyman; and Masters and Archmages? Not even a question. I see this guild as a 'reserach / brain-drain' FIRST, but really they're a bunch of power-hungry mages who want to get their hands on as many magical allies as they can.
