Base Archery Range and shoppe
Neat and clean, the first impression you have when entering the base range shoppe is the smell of sea air and wood. In the middle of the room lays a weave rug. A picture carefully woven in the fine material. A stag stands at attention in a grassy field, while in the distances you can see a young man arching his bow. The walls of the room are covered with bows and arrows. There is a light brown desk at the far side of the room. An Elven man with long black silk hair, with a light green tunic and dark green pair of breeches sits behind the desk busy with paper work. Behind him is a door leading out to the range. The range a place to practice the weapon you may wish to buy. It is also used by the students in training to practice using the bow. Hanging on the door is a parchment paper explaining the price list for each weapon.

The elf looked at him, and smiled a tiny little bit. " Well first things first I suppose. What kind of bow are you looking for? And what kind of arrows will you be wanting. I will help you with your need of learning later. You cannot learn to use something unless of course you have the item you wish to master? Don't you think so master..... erm what's your name? "

OOC: Hawk eye you need to post at the Abestat gates first before we can help you. YOu also need to post at the base gate sto get to the archery shop that sin abestats military base. You also have to be in the military to go to this particular shop. First you need to enter the city the right way, and then join the army. If you dont want to then make a thread in the abestat area, and not in the base.

Ah, but what is a crossbow without the bolts?
That is the exact purpose of Agaenos coming into the Archery Range. He had acquired a crossbow from the Military Stockade, yet there were no bolts to go with it. Striding in, the Range reminded him of sea air - somewhat like Olympia's type of air, yet in some ways different.
Unlike most customers in this shop, the display of various bows and crossbows did not catch his eyes, but instead, the bolts caught his attention.
He cleared his throat, and approached the Elven clerk, just as he approached him as well. "Ah, serale, and good brightening," he commenced in his usual way, "Might I purchase a quiver and two-dozen crossbow bolts, please?"
He glanced over at the bolts to check their quality and sharpness...

OOC: Um just a word to the wise Agaenos. Your armor and your two swords is already quite the burden on weight. Also crossbows are not light either. You say your a big man, but that doe snot really help because your armor and such are fited to your size. If you want to be a heavy trooper thats fine, but you will be slower, and your energy prone to run out quicker. Just a heads up so your not shocked if something happens cause of those points I just mentioned.
IC: The clerk nodded his head with little time as the shop fille dup with people "80 crowns sir" He then put the 2 dozen bolts, and the quiver up quickly, and started tot end to the others...

OOC: That's alright. I guess I'll RP solutions out in the future...
IC:
As the shop was beginning to fill up with other people seeking their required equipments, the Elven clerk nodded to Agaenos with the somewhat non-descript comment of "Eighty crowns sir". Glancing behind for a moment, he reached into his pockets for a fifty crown note, a twenty and a ten crown note, totalling perfectly and precisely eighty crowns. Handing the money over, he fitted the twenty-four bolts into the quiver, slung in onto his back whilst being careful not to let the bolts fly and scatter on the ground, or hit any other customers.
Smiling, he strode out of the already-crowding store with large paces, straightening himself as much as he could against the weight laid across his body.

The elf, seeing that no other customers were coming in at the moment, pulled out his pocket edition of Prefects-and-Pirates and began to play. At first it looked like a boardgame, but it had a variety of pieces including tokens, dice, playing cards, tiles, trading cards and jigsaw puzzle pieces. "Four of Saurids!" exclaimed the elf with a smile. "Ah, and boxcars! Truly, this is the best first turn ever! Now to spin the wheel . . . darn, Kalendryas! Hmm... what to do? What to do? Oh, I know, I'll build. . ." Muttering happily to himself, the elf continued to play.
