NOTICE: Registration for the Trials de Espada War Games!!!
A messenger ran all through the military base, posting signs that said "NOTICE: Registration for the Trials de Espada War Games!!!" Under that title, one could read the words saying "Registration has been closed... If you are already registered for the war games, please report to the Registration booth, and they shall give you the teams, and stats, as well as rules for the games!!!" The messenger posted this up all over the military base, so that the few people who had signed up would be able to join in, and get their money's worth...
