The Sergeant was still a little curious as to what exactly was going on, and quite rightly so. She had only previously been told by Sergeant Polly of her need to report to the JAG office, without being given a proper, logical reason why. Scratching her head idly in evident bafflement, the young woman slowed significantly in her strides as her mind reeled in trying to solve the answers to her unspoken questions. Still, she was almost completely sure that she would be able to obtain the relevant solutions to her perplexities soon enough, upon actually reaching the JAG office proper.
Reaching the designated room, Keeva reached out with one tentative hand to tap gingerly on the door to the office, before wrapping it around the solid handle of the portal to allow herself entry. It was an office, after all, and one that she suspected would be mostly open to those constituents of the Abestat army, given the tasks that the JAG officer in charge had been deemed to conduct.
Pushing open the door slowly and suspiciously, the young woman peered past the edge of the device into the room beyond before committing herself to entering fully. She was still highly anxious and befuddled about what lay in wait for her, within the gaping maw that was the office itself. Offices, for some reason previously, and still, unknown to her, apparently were a great cause for minor discomfort and unease, although this was likely because of the formal and no-nonsense miasma that she usually associated with buildings and rooms of their ilk.
Taking a few hesitant steps into the proximity of the room, Keeva could not help but allow her gaze to fall upon the counter situated within it, and, subsequently, the nameplate that sat nonchalantly upon it, baring her name, quite clearly, for all to see.
Her eyes widening with blatant surprise, the girl suddenly began to feel rather light-headed as she discerned the exact reason why she had been told to report here. She was to take over from the previous Sergeant as a JAG officer, a sort of Prefect for the Abestatian army.
Reaching up to stifle the gasp that was about to leave her lips, the girl could not prevent herself from gaping in an absurd manner as she waited for someone to impart to her the relevant details of her new post.
