A letter was delivered to Gabrielle at her room at the Inn.

Gabrielle,

I write this in fear of my own life as we have discussed before regarding my cuosin Aurelia. A dark feeling has come over me in the past few brightenings, and I do not think I shall make it to summer. It saddens my heart to think that having reconnected with you, that I might not see you again in this life. My heart will eternally be yours.

If This will is being reviewed, then my death has come. Know that I will have died honorably always pushing for the persevearance of the last of my family line. Cousin to Felix and of the blood of my decendents back to Aeric Arkdün, I served them as best I knew how to the last of my breath. Though Aurelia may still be alive, I disavow her from this family. The government may try and tell me I have know right, but in the heavens where my ancestors will greet me, they will know my word is law. I only wish that I had been the one to drive my Cyribus axe into her chest and watch the life fade from her eyes. If she lives and this will is being read to her, Aurelia - may your death be forever painful in this life and the next. If you are already dead, then my desire is that you suffer at the hands of Jalat for the rest of your pathetic afterlife.

I have two things that I properly own, The first is my shipping business: Seven ships that were to be used to transport all creations from the Urthwerks to their destinations through out the Empire. The Second was The Urthwerks. A chain of forty forges that had the ability to mass produce weapons and armor to all in need. Neither business is up and running any longer but have the potential for greatness.

The Shipping Business, Arkdün Coastal Transports, A.C.T., I leave to Gabrielle Vall'eron. She has always enjoyed wandering the lands, and I hope this business will give her a chance to do just that. Take the ships and run this business from where ever you desire. I only ask that you handle all contracts for The Urthwerks when it comes to distribution and that the name Arkdün remain in the title though please alter it as you see best. I want the people to remember the Arkdün history. If you chose to sell the place, the only thing I ask is that the name Arkdün still remain in the title as a part of the sale. You will always be my first and greatest love. Live life to its fullest and please remember me.

The Urthwerks. I have thought long and hard on this and have come up with a few conditions that I believe can be satisfied.

A. I, Argonox Arkdün, give the Urthwerks to the Province of Carmelyn. The conditions:

(1)Archadoon be renamed Arkdün hereby and forever.

(2)A Statue must be erected in the center of Archadoon of Felix Arkdün in rememberance of the land that he freely gave that allowed Archadoon to be reconstructed. I want the title of the Statue to state: Savior, Archduke Felix Arkdün, May Archadoon always remember his sacrifice for them. This must be accomplished within one month to keep the Urthwerks.

(3)The Arkdün Coastal Transportation business will be contracted to distribute all products made by the Urthwerks, so long as the Business is still owned by Gabrielle Vall'eron.

(4)All profits will first be used to pay the taxes of all citizens of Archadoon with any further profits to be used however the province sees fit.

(5)The Urthwerks if sold, must first be offered to the government of The Empire at the same asking price that is being offered by a private entity. The Arkdün Coastal Transports must be included in the contract as the only distribution business for the Urthwerks, so long as the business is still owned by Gabrielle Vall'eron.

B. If item one is not met by the province, then The Urthwerks will go to The government of The Empire. Some of the same conditions of the Province will be asked of the Government:

(1)Archadoon be renamed Arkdün hereby and forever.

(2)A Statue must be erected in the center of Archadoon of Felix Arkdün in rememberance of the land that he freely gave that allowed Archadoon to be reconstructed. (3)Arkdün Coastal Transportation be used as the only business to transport products created by the Urthwerks, so long as the Business is still owned by Gabrielle Vall'eron.

(4)The government has the right to sell the business however they see fit, so long as condition one remain in effect forever. The only stipulation is that Arkdün Coastal Transportation be in the contract as the only business to transport products created by the Urthwerks, so long as the Business is still owned by Gabrielle Vall'eron.

C. If condition one cannot be met by The government, then The Urthwerks will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. The term of the sale will be that Arkdün Coastal Transportation be in the contract as the only business to transport products created by the Urthwerks, so long as the Business is still owned by Gabrielle Vall'eron.

(1)A Statue must be erected in the center of Archadoon of Felix Arkdün in rememberance of the land that he freely gave that allowed Archadoon to be reconstructed. I want the title of the Statue to state: Savior, Archduke Felix Arkdün, May Archadoon always remember his sacrifice for them.

(2)A new orphanage be created in Archadoon named Arkdün Orphanage. Enough funds will be given to the orphanage to keep it up and running for ten eras, or all profits from the auction; which ever is the lesser.

(3)All remaining procedes be divided up equally and distributed to all orphanages across the Empire.
