~ Cat's Cradle Clothing ~
It seemed the fire had taken everything. Clothing shops, gadget shops, oddity shops, everything had been destroyed - it was a horrible accident, but from the ashes rose a seedling of hope and growth. The city had been long in need of change, it had been so dull, everyday the same. The fire had brought life. Over the ruins of Arroyo Brother's Fine Clothing stood the Cats Cradle Clothing shop. The shop gleamed of newness along the street and a small garden structure decorated the front, freshly potted plants were beginning to creep up the trellis that gave the illusion that the store did not sit directly on the street front.
Inside the left wall was stacked with bolts of fabric varying from common materials such as cotton and broadcloth, to a few fine bolts of vibrantly colored silk and satin, but in front of these was a long counter top with set measurements and a sharp blade for those that wished to make their own clothes and just desired the material instead, but here bolts were also cut for custom clothes. The floor was clean and spotless and racks and mannequin's displayed already made wear. In the back were a set of private dressing rooms that allowed the owners of the shop to properly fit, prod, and poke their subject into perfection and create custom tailored clothing.
On the other side was a rack and a few shelves with clothing that have been made and tailored for customers, but were never picked up, claim tickets still attached.
The owners of the Cat's Cradle Clothing were three Omnicat ladies, preened to perfection and set on making Humans a bit prettier to look at, they went by the names: Klarra, Chiela, and Tiely. They all looked identical (which is not all that hard for a Katta) and they all looked down their noses slightly as a person entered - but upon the inquiring of fashion, they would instantly begin small talk and appear friendly. Like all Omnicats, they were hungry for money and power. Nothing was personal.
