~ Catch o' the Day ~

The Catch o' the Day is a small gray-frame shop and restuarant specializing in the abundant seafood that is provided by the Libertas Points. Located at the top of a narrow flight of wooden stairs, the Catch o' the Day is well-known for the raw oysters, fried shrimp, chowder, and homemade bread it serves daily.

At the top of the stairs are four wooden tables and benches for the restaurant's patrons to sit outside and eat. The smell of fish is enough to draw one's attention to a display case filled with fish steaks and fillets in piles of pink and gray. Next to the case are several barrels marked Lobsters and Crabs. If one looks inside, you see that the barrels are filled to the top with salty water, and beneath the surface are several scuttling shapes.

A young human girl with short blond hair sits off to the side next to a sign giving the prices for the various fish the Catch has to sell.

Inside a swinging door is a full establishment. To the left is a full bar with an older man tending it. More tables are lined up close together, and waitresses and waiters move deftly in between them, taking orders and serving food. The smell inside is an odd mix of grilled fish and smoke. Multiple conversations mixed with the live entertainment near the back of the restaurant makes it a little difficult to hear.

Walls are white-washed, and the ceiling is surprisingly low, making it feel slightly cramped. On the wall by the bar is a sign giving the restaurant's fares. All meals are heartily sized, one may request a half serving for half the price.
