Colin looked up from the table where he was studying the papers laid there. At Grey’s voice, he looked up and turned, his powerful muscles bunching as he crossed his arms over his chest. “Aye, an’ we seem ta have a lot o’ deeds ta be used, as well.” He reached into a large fur bag on the ground next to the table and pulled out a piece of parchment. After signing it, he sealed it in the corner and slid it to the two newcomers. “This deed gives ye right to build on th’ lot near th’ gates. Ye’ll see it, it’s the one with th’ charred building. If ye need builders, I can arrange ‘em for ye. If not, I bid ye good day.”
