Archadoon had been left in turmoil as a result of the fire and their was much unrest and anarchy in the city, and all because of a gnomes ambition. As soon as Elmaryia had achieved position of Imperial consul she composed and sent the letter. She had lived in Archadoon and was their when the fire ruined the city, and while she lived in Trysvale Archadoon would forever have a special place in her heart.
With strict orders given the horse man saught out the clan that was now running the city and a man in particular and his name was Colin Fianna. Finding him the messanger handed him the letter and it read as follows,
Greeting's Colin,
You may not remember me, but I do remember you quite fondly. I remember your fairness and courage and selfless aid when the city faced distruction from the fire. I was then known as Elmaryia Grey and had aided in rescueing the citizens from the fires and aiding the wounded. I have never forgotten the city that I called home nor the lingering sorrow. Recently I have found that I am in a position to aid assistance and rebuilding the city to its former glory. I have recently been promoted to Imperial Consul and my first project will be the rebuilding of the city of Archadoon. I know that there is much anger and resentment for the empire and in turn me. Though I am ever stubborn and patient I shall be arriving in a cycles time to see the situation first hand.
