Must say I am sad that O'Brien kind of died like this (that's not really like him and well, sorry it's in such a bad shape now. That's partly kind of my fault. *cringe*)
But, time to answer some questions.
1. What threads you have in Arios, as well as a little description of what's goin on in them
I have.. a LOT of threads you're going to need to finish off for me. Okay, not a lot but they were GM O'Brien's plots and I kind of know what was happening, but not everything. We'll see what I can do.
Beneath the Pale Moon
Okay, in this one, some weird spectral-ish wolves are apparently coming to attack the Guardian. Well, Tiarela, Paul and Gareth to the rescue!
Okay, seeing I might be the only active one left outta that group, mighty fae to the rescue
But yeah, I'm not entirely sure what he had planned. So far, the wolves had jumped through the door and were inside. Tiarela found her way into a room that reminds her of Carmelya. Door is shut, I think, so she's trying to find a way to get out. Her primary objective is to warn the oblivious Guaridan what's coming so that he can be hidden.
She's a fae, give her little brain a break.
Lunatic Wandering
Here, O'Brien was taking Tiarela on a little.. well, interesting, character-like development thing. Someone (who really reminds me of a vampire, to be honest. You might want to ask in the help desk what O'Brien got approved because I know he made a few requests for some high level NPCs.. not for that thread, but for Arios in general. I have copies of their descriptions on my mod account if you need them.) Just grab a GD and ask if he has anything approved, because he was really leaning towards the guy she's talking to being a vampire. Earlier, she'd been talking to a crazy man who claimed to have been visited by (and then blinded by) Ioannes. He was pretty interesting.

Mind of a Mystic..?
This here is me finishing the lovely initiate mysticism thread with my instructor, Dene. He is actually supposed to be from a possible arcanic academy called The Gemini Mansion, but that's up to you. He's uhm, a master mystic, on the fruity in the booty side (
) and stuff. Yeah, pretty straight forward. Dene finds Tiarela and her unbound state, thinks she has a horrible fashion sense and teaches her Mysticism. Initiate Mysticism.
I just need you, wonderful omnipresent GM Joe, to approve that for me. So that its not in limbo any longer than it has to be.
2. What your plans are for being in Arios, your reasons for coming to the island.
Well actually in my current FT, Tiarela has wandered off the island for a bit (the inability to sleep having driven her a bit mad, starting to get to her and all.) and is headed towards Lauryl. Actually, she's in Lauryl and unknowingly making an attempt to get into Ethgan'tor. Fun, huh?
Anyways, she really does like the islands though and I promise she will be back -- even though its been rough for poor Arios, I love the islands (Olympia and Ifefferon included).. She came to the island originally after having set on for better things. She originally came from the Centripaxian wilderness and stuff. Got bored there, likes bigger, more open places and less people.. Found herself in the islands.
Pretty straight forward no? :P
3. Anything else that you'd like me to know
Uhm, I love Arios? I'm probably going to be your main source of information in regards to old plots from O'Brien, maybe? He talked to me a LOT about what was happening so I can see what i can dig up from my head if you'd like. Anything I can do to help you get Arios up and swingin' again too, I'd love to help out. Tiarela loves the Islands IC and is actually starting to lean towards Kaimela, so maybe she can help you jump start the whole idea for a temple to Kaimela! Hehe, I dont know.

So far, the three main rounds of the tournament have been completed, leaving the last four PCs in the final round. Tev, Paul Tyndal, Gareth Gruven and my PC Elle are the four final competitors. Gareth posted his final post, and then retired his character. Paul is missing, hasn't posted in a while. Tev is on his honeymoon of course.. he'll be back in approximately two weeks. Me? I'm waiting for the thread to end. Its so close to give up on now.
