Selegon seen a man kind of tall and dark hair and he had a sack that he threw over his back Selegon proceeded to him.

'Please Stop!'

Selegon yelled to the man, who he had thought had kiddnapped the little girl. This man did not look like a Elf, but Selegon could not tell. Elf or Human he knew he was one of the two anyways, but that is not important. Whats important what was in the sack the man was running with.

There is no way Selegon is going to catch him, he needs help to catch this man that is stealing children, and they were not any children...they were Elf children and thats what angered Selegon the most, the fact this possible Human man was stealing Elven children.

Selegon knew it was getting late. He had entered some woods where he had set up a small shelter to where he could sleep for the night.
SNAP!
Selegon was just about ready to go to rest then he heard the snap that came from a short distance away from where he was. He woke up and got out of his little shelter and looked around outside to see if he could see any movement at all. He could not. He felt a tap on his arm. He did not turn around. He waited, he felt the tap again. He turned around very fast and graped and arrow and his bow and pointed it at thew head of this Human.
"WOW! Easy there Elf. Im not here to hurt of or anyone else. My name is Calderas, Im a Ranger."
Selegon lowerd his bow and put his arrow away.
'Im Sorry about that, My name is Selegon Merith, Im native to Ethgan'tor and to the town of Silrosia. Im looking for a Man or possibly a Elf with a black cloke and he is about 5'11 or 6'0 tall and has black hair and his carrying a potato sack. You seen him?'
"Im sorry, but no I have not."
'So, what did you want?'
"I was wondering if I could borrow crowns?"
'I need my crowns, sorry Calderas.'
"Good day Mr.Merith."
Selegon was wondering why a random Human was comming up to him asking him for crowns, but he went to rest.

Selegon slept though the day untill the sun was setting he made a fire out of the wood from the shelter he had made to sleep under. The clouds were filliing the sky, and Selegon sat at the fire for a short time. Selegon departed from his current location and went back on the chase for the kidnapper. Selegon came up to a hill that looked like it might have streched along the area of the woods that he was in. The hill made a clearing that you could see from a distance. Selegon proceeded and walked up to this tall tree directly in the middle of the clearing. The sun was almost set by now and Selegon coould not sleep tonite he had to keep walking and he proceeded to go past the clearing. He fell onto a beaten path that lead him to a smaller opening and there were a Human Male standing on a cut down tree (on the stump) and he was talking to about 13 other Men. Selegon quickly climbed a tree and sat there and listened to the Man speak.

Calderas was one of the men that the head Human was speaking too. Though Selegon had no real sence of what was going on. The man said something about "Ethgan'tor is the holy city..." he could not make out the rest of that statement. "Thats why the one was angry. No need to have them figure that we did...." Selegon had some trouble in hearing him after that. Selegon had been think about if they all could be together in that kidnapping. More likr no, but he was not sure. Selegon had turned his head left to where he seen the man that kiddnapped the girl, he seen him aways off. He grabed his bow and a arrow and shot it, he missed.
"INTRUDER!" Yelled the man that was standing on the stump.
They all were chasing him when Selegon jumped down from the tree. Selegon was not sure where he could go so he headed back to Ethgan'tor.

Horses were wild creatures at heart, it could not be denied. Kitiera had watched the mare's spirit deteriorate in the confines of the stable, glint of ferociousness gradually fading from its clear brown eyes. They were bred for war, to see the blood of armies and protect their riders as if they were warriors themselves... The girl had not meticulously bred the most perfect of beings to allow their muscles to atrophy in a wooden shed. She could feel the powerful creature's muscles moving beneath her as the dark elf galloped through the short plains surrounding Ethgan'tor, towards the forest the provided the city's protection. It was a strong beast, indeed... More so than she had guessed. Such an animal would fetch a fair sum of crowns from any who had knowledge of the equine. Why, then, had she not been purchased? Was the raw spirit of the mount too much for the citizens to handle? The Eli'tha girl would not have been surprised. In the Holy City, the people were more inclined towards politics and magic than anything else.

Alabaster eyelids slid down over shockingly light-blue orbs, impairing the dark elf's vision that much more. Thankfully, she did not need such a trivial sense... The mare would guide her, following the currents of the wind, expending the energy pent up inside of its short-haired form. For those moments, she relaxed, letting the tides of fate and the mind of the creature carry her wherever they wished. It was a welcome escape. Brightening in and out, she was made to run the families business, with only her thoughts as company. Such a life wore her steadily down, stealing the vitality that should have been ever-present with youth. It was no illusion of an over-protective parent that Kitiera was growing up much too quickly. She had already experienced the treachery of the world, its dark thoughts and dual personalities. Sometimes it was hard to keep sight of the sunshine, the light that fulfilled those who thought themselves pious.

Hooves made sounds of muffled pounding as the creature turned, hurtling itself and its slender rider towards the ancient forest. None could tell why the beast chose the paths that she did... The forsaken ways of nature guided her along paths long forgotten by the sentient. Snow-white hair escaped the thin headscarf that tied it floating behind the young Esh'laheir like a cloud of sea foam. A smile curled at the corners of her pale, rose bud lips, showing clearly her excitement as worries melted away... When riding, she no longer cared about things that seemed so pressing during business hours. Not a single thought of failure to her people drifted through her mind, nor a care for the dwindling crowns in her meager bank account. Her heart was back at Jon'qui, fulfilling her destiny as a caretaker of the land. Sounds of jubilation escaped her closed throat, laughter becoming a medicine for her uncontrollable disease of angst.

Such happiness, however, was soon interrupted. Kitiera could feel the small change in the horses' stride as it shied away from an unknown being, a nicker of fear permeating the peaceful atmosphere. The girl's eyes flew open, and she pulled gently on the reins, reasserting her position as the rider, and controller. Her aura changed immediately, personality closing into the realm of mystery that she put on for strangers. Seeing the midnight-hued hair of the man, she almost continued onwards without a second glance... Humans and light elves were not worth dealing with, especially when she was busy. But the Eli'tha's sharp eyes soon began to pick up the changes in the elven features, his pale skin and angular face. The being had Esh'laheir blood. With practiced ease, she turned the equine towards him, moving slowly beside the fast-running man. "Sir, if you are running from danger, I can help you." She offered a hand to pull Selegon behind her upon the woolen blanket that she used as a rudimentary saddle. "What ails you?"

'I am running from danger, I could use the help as if i don't take it my head will be on a spear.' Selegon explained to her.
'I got caught spying on a bunch of Human men in the forest. They were talking about the town. I was trying to catch a man dressed in a black cloke he kiddnapped a girl in Ethgan'tor.
'My name is Selegon Merith, I orignally from Ethgan'tor, but I moved to Silrosia and lived there for awhile now im back here.'

Selegon was wondering why she had stopped to help him, when she looked like someone who would not care if Selegon's life was at fault.

There was no time to talk... Kitiera clenched her teeth together in frustration, trying to pay attention to the half-blood's words. If there were truly men chasing him, would he not have been in more of a hurry? The girl looked over her shoulder, in the direction from which Selegon was apparently, pupils contracting with what she saw. Indeed, there were men, angered for reasons unknown. The Esh'laheir could feel fear settle its unwelcome presence into her heart, the need for haste pounding in her veins. Reaching out a delicate arm, she grabbed the man by his own, jerking him unceremoniously behind her. Another time, she would have been polite as one could possibly be, removing herself from the creature and helping Selegon onto its back... At another moment, she wouldn't have touched the part abomination, the mixture of things that should have remained separate. As soon as he was settled, even before the man had a chance to catch his bearings, they were off at a quick pace.

Although the ones who chased them never could have caught up to the lightning-fast animal, the adrenaline caused by the pursuer's presence filled Kitiera with the need for flight. Kicking the sides of the horse, she urged it onwards, ever increasing its seemingly impossible speed. "You had better hold on." Her voice shook with the impact, causing the words to tumble from her mouth like rapids over sharp stones. Eyes narrowed, she leaned forwards, resisting the drag of the wind that now so roughly pulled at her light body. Her cloak, the very thing that had provided now absent warmth, was carried over the pair in a cloud of cream-colored silk. Eyes narrowing, tears springing from the exhausted spheres of crystal blue, she tried to focus on the narrowing world before her... Kitiera's mind was running wild, a state of panic induced by the hounds of men that chased her. Frustrated, the Eli'tha girl wiped away the salted water from her face, wandering consciousness snapping back to the present.

From the distance, her accurate sense of hearing picked up the hissing of an arrow, its metal tip cutting through the wind as easily as a knife through congealed milk. On instinct, she pulled sharply at the reins of the horse, allowing for it to dodge the aggressive missile. Kitiera winced as it completed its projected path, grazing her unprotected arm and bringing the scarlet hue of blood to the surface. Warm droplets of the life fluid, whipped away from moonbeam skin by the particles of the air, finished their course upon Selegon's relatively clean clothing. There was no time for apology over such a small thing... No matter how much the wound pained her. Ethgan'tor, and its sphere of protective magic, was largely in sight, beckoning to the Esh'laheir with its holy call. She had long since left behind the short-lived beings that had been chasing them... But, somehow, there was a need to be purified. As if running on and on could cleanse their pair of their deeds.

In one last stride, they were carried across the line of safety, the image of their forms masked to any chaser with malicious intent. Gasping for breath, the Eli'tha slid from her perch, shaking feet coming in solid contact with the blessed ground. A moment later, Kitiera had sunk to her knees, air entering her body in short, concentrated gasps. The blood from her cut had painted crimson streaks down the side of her limb, staining once-flawless clothes with a sunset tone. "I... Do you know any-..." After a few more moments of rest, she gathered up the energy allowing the rest of the sentence to pass through pastel lips. "Any healing? We should be safe now... My name is Kitiera. Do you know anything else about those men?" Utilizing all of the strength left in her good arm, the girl pushed herself into a sitting position, brushing excess dirt from her riding trousers. It was sad that anyone would see her in such a state... The Esh'laheir were usually dignified people. With a sigh, Kitiera looked up towards the one with black hair.

Selegon had his head down, he was adjusting his body and he looked into the eyes Kitiera.
'What else I know of these men is little, but I know one of them goes by the name of Calderas, He is a Ranger of the north and he asked me if I had any extra crowns.'
Selegon was wonderingi if she knew why a Human Ranger to the north would be here. Selegon did not know why she had helped him but he was very grateful.
'If I may ask, What is your name?' Selegon asked her with alittle red in the face.
Selegon was looking into her eyes waiting for a answer of the Elf that saved him.Selegon had many things running though his mind. What happended to the girl, who this Elf was and how old she was, Why Calderas was here. All kinds of things.

A long sigh caused elven chest to sink as Kitiera tried to process what had so recently happened. Slowly, was she was calming down, the details were coming back. The Selegon man, whoever he was, had been talking about a kidnapping of sorts. It was hard to concentrate with the cut on her arm, and the one who's life she had just saved was not being much of a help... Knew I should have attended those healing lessons. Biting her lip, the caretaker of horses sifted through her knowledge of more beast-oriented healing. She knew enough, from tending to animals, to realize that the blood had to be stopped. The Esh'laheir was already getting light headed from the effects of the loss of vital red fluid... Single handedly, she pulled her favorite scarf from her head, an expression of distaste crossing her pleasant features as white hair tumbled about them. A nuisance, but one that she was required to deal with. Soiled with the stains of her own blood or no, Kitiera did not have the strength to rip more effective bandages from the durable material of her clothing.

It was a rather complicated affair, tying on the makeshift bandage by herself... But, as Selegon had proven, she could not trust the half-breed for immediate help. In actuality, it was not the man's fault that he stumbled over his words and thoughts. After a traumatizing ordeal, many would have been even less composed than him... Living in such a critical society, however, had made Kitiera quick to judge. It was difficult, indeed, to gain the trust of an Esh'laheir. Although they had almost unmatchable lifespans, first impressions were rather important in their culture. A slight flush of embarrassment colored her pale cheekbones as the girl resorted to using her teeth to finish off the bandage. With limited movement of one arm, her options were equally sparse... One more flinch of pain, and the piece of cloth was in place. The belief that bandages made wounds less painful was most obviously a misconception. Each individual thread felt like a small knife bent on reopening her skin.

Kitiera took a break from worrying about the discomfort long enough to send an inquisitive glance towards Selegon. Had she not just said her name, quite plainly for him to hear? Perhaps those loud-mouthed humans had dulled his god-given sense of hearing to an incredibly low point. Whether this was the case, or he was merely foolish, the dark elven female temporarily forgave him. A half-blood like the raven-haired man would have a hard time earning any permanent respect, anyway. "I am Kitiera." She said each syllable slowly, ensuring that they could be easily heard. Such an action could be mildly offensive, but for some reason, the girl hypothesized that Selegon did not mind. The Eli'tha frowned, eyebrows coming closer together to intensify her expression of distress. They would have to return to the city soon, and seek a Thaumatugist... Kitiera did not want to wait for the cut to heal naturally. Closing her eyes tightly, she stood with great difficulty, a single arm extended to keep her balance.

"I need to go back to the city, Selegon, and find a healer." One hand resting on the saddle of the silver-speckled horse, the pale elf leaped with a practiced motion onto its back. At least she did not need two arms for that... Otherwise, there would have been a slight problem. Legs clasping the creature's sides tightly, Kitiera offered a hand to the half-breed standing below her. "You can come with me, if you wish. We'll as about the town for more information about Calderas and the rest." Smiling as benignly as possible, she looked directly at the man, misty blue eyes scintillating with amusement. Somehow, it was amusing that the human had begged his obvious superior for crowns... A race of tavern-occupying pleaders, that they were. "Why did you leave Silrosia to come back to Ethgan'tor?" Idle conversation while they were riding would help to pass the time.

Selegon had a concerned look on his face as he watches Kitiera patch her-self up as he wanated to say somthing, but did not for he may somehow may offend the eliagnt Dark Elf. Selegon wondered if she would be ok of if she really need help.

The wind blowing Selegon's dark long hair around his head. He still had weird thoughts going on in the back of his mind he could not just drain out, even though he wanted too. Wanting to and doing so are to diffrent things.
'Huh, Oh right, well lets go back to Ethgan'tor, and get that patched up.'
Selegon said that as he was similing and looking into her eyes.
'I left Silrosia for the fact I had to come back to the city I loved the most. This would be it. I had some weird expirances there, so I prefer to just stay here for awhile.'

With hardly more than a thought on Kitiera's part, they were off. Sending messages of movement to the creature had become such a part of her mind that she almost did it subconsciously. In her lifetime, the girl had rode horses more than she had walked, quite the contrary to the large majority of people. And yet, these long hours in the saddle did not show in her movements on land. She moved with the grace of the Esh'laheir, no hint of bow leggedness evident in her long, straight limbs. When astride the creature, however, the Eli'tha was even more in her element. Kitiera seemed to become one being with the animal, moving as if she were a winsome centaur of legends. With another being behind her, this natural stride was broken ever so slightly... It felt as if she had an extra weight to carry, something that slowed down the freedom that riding usually provided. But, she would not begrudge Selegon's position. There was no time to walk the mare beside him as he moved on foot.

Their pace was decidedly different than it had been before, more of a smooth canter than an all-out gallop. Now that they were protected by the invisible sphere that enshrouded the city with magical barriers, there was no need to fear. The only difficulty possible could come from inside the city, and things rarely happened in the broad daylight. Ethgan'tor was a relatively crime-free city... Most forms of dissonance came as espionage between the noble houses, leaving the citizens to be as happy and healthy as they pleased. For a moment, Kitiera dwelled upon how content she was to have no royal blood. The challenges that they faced most definitely, at face value, outweighed the benefits. For, although she had lived the rural life of her family before, living in a more concentrated area had steeped her soul in the need for material assets. She was comfortable, if not happy, with her work... At such a young age, in comparison to the rest of the most ancient race, not much else seemed to matter.

At such a slow pace, the girl became acutely aware of the presence behind her. She wasn’t used to being so close to someone… Especially if that individual was of the male gender. Kitiera was not attracted to Selegon, his half-blood heritage assured that for the moment, but his predominantly masculine presence caused her a slight amount of discomfort. The Esh’laheir could smell his scent, sweat and the musk of mortality intermingled with his own underlying signature. Frustrated by her childish thoughts, Kitiera banished them from her mind with a conjured image of the elf. Although he may have seemed pleasant to a light-born, his features were much too rounded for the Eli’tha’s tastes. Nodding with understanding at Selegon’s seemingly clear reasoning, Kitiera responded. "I'm honestly not surprised that you left Silrosia... Dealing with all of those light elves must have bothered you to no extent." When one didn't take into consideration his own questionable heritage.

Kitiera was glad that she faced away from the man, because an expression of distaste became apparent upon her face when she thought of his parent's coupling. As the gates the led into the city appeared in her line of vision, however, her expression soon changed to one of gratitude. Within a few seconds, she had approached the guards, nodding her fair head in greetings to them. "Excuse me, Sir," Kitiera adressed the armored individual with an apparently endearing air. When one acted innocent and distressed, that individual was soon to get more expedient treatment. "I have become injured and am in need of a healer... Do you know of any in the vicinity?" He smiled up at the girl, nodding his head in an answer to her question. "We are trained as Thaumaturgists for reasons such as these, Miss." A few moments of meditation, and a flash of brilliant light later, the angry red gash on her arm had disappeared.

The false smile that she had offered the soldier as a payment for his treatment turned into a genuine one. Pulling the soiled scarf from the area where to wound had once been, Kitiera examined the man's handiwork. Her skin was whole again, and as clear and luminous as the full moon. "I thank you. This saves a trip to the temple." With a wave of farewell, she turned her head towards the one at her back. "Selegon... Where did you say that those men were? We could report this incident and have it dealt with."

Selegon Merith is an upstanding Citizen
Selegon had feared no man, or woman, or any monster for that matter, though Kitiera was letting off some sort of discmmofort to Selegon as if she did not want him near her. The questions she keeps asking maks him keep answering. Though, this does not bother him.
'Indeed, Some of those light Elves were being quiet at the sight of my Dark Elf blood.'

Selegon had been quiet, he really did not want to say anything that could make the Eli'tha's angry toward him. Somthing told Selegon that he did not really know why those Humans were angry at him and where they were. The sky began to go dark as the color of Selegon's hair.

Selegon wanted to ask the gaurd something, but they left before he could. It was really nothing, but Selegon had no real choice but to find these men or this one man. Selegon is going to kill the man who pushed him to the groun and not just because he had done that but because he has no real respect for anyone.
'Im not quite sure where the men had went, but if I were to quess they deep into the woods....'
Selegon knew this could become a hunt...the last thing he wanted. He really wanted to get some more people to come with them. He would prefer being with Dark Elves but it did not bother him that he was with Light Elves in Silrosia and he was there for awhile then he departed and went to here. To where he met a Dark Elf and they have no choice but to take on about 11 or 12 Humans or potentially more if they happen to get more. The ranger did not put fear into Selegon, but the leader may add to the effect of fighting for he would be the first to die. When that may come he will be ready.
