[Khan Kassad]

It was cold tonight in Imperia but few people still managed to go about their nightly business, Khan was walking down the street, coming from Drake Flowe's little hovel but he wasn't home at the time, when he notices a man hiding in a nearby alley-way.....all-out crying, tears were starting to form a puddle on the ground where he sits. Khan Thought to himself

"Hmm, what kind of person would be sitting out here in the dark, in some alley, balling like a little baby?"

The thought aroused his curiousity so Khan walks carefully over toward the man, when all of a sudden he looks at Khan then quickly gets up and starts running for his life down the alley, as if being pursued by the most dangerous of criminals. Khan manages to holler out WAIT!! and the he starts running after the unknown person. The man manages to get a 40 yard headstart, but he didn't seem very fit, every now and then Khan notices him tripping and losing about 5 yards everytime. Khan starts running full stride and starts gaining on the man desperatly trying to escape, the man is only 10 paces from Khan, and in an attempt to dodge khan's fist from grabbing him the man pulls himself hard to the right but only manages to trip himself, khan easily slows his pace and turns around to confront this unknown person.

Now standing facing there just staring at the man who tried to get away, he looked rather scrubbish, dressed like a bum in nothing but rags for clothing. The man stared at Khan almost shaking as he lays there on the ground, he said something in a very hollow voice:

" They're coming.... yes, yes they are...... Why have you followed me stranger? It would do you wise to stay away from me.......I'm not the one you seek young one......There is....a man who's.......too difficult for most..... to find at least ....on their own... but maybe...you..can........in the docks.....you'll find..... he looks like.... elf in....black leath..uuugggghhhh.."


The man dies for no apparent reason, he seemed to choke on his own blood, Khan in all his wisdom decides to leave the area before someone notices the dead man on the ground and makes the wrong assumption about Khan's presence and a dead man on the ground. Khan didn't make much sense of the man's babling, for the docks isn't exactly an easy place to find an elf in a black leath, whatever that was, and the docks is kind of a big place to search for one person, especially without a name, and hardly anything of a description. Khan makes his way back to his hovel, thinking he was better off sleeping on the idea.

Khan wakes up that following still thinking about what the man said back in the alley. He couldn't help but to speculate parts of the words of the man:

The mans convo:"In the docks, you'll find, he looks like, elf in black leath?

hmm, he must have meant black leather.

Khan sits on his bed in speculation for a moment, then realizes he's wasting daylight hours, so he got up put on his full set of leather armor and started out of his home and into the city in search for this elf in black leather. Khan wasn't exactly sure why he was so curious as to see the outcome of this, normally he wouldn't care in the least but something the man said grabbed his attention: They're coming, Yes, yes, they are... I'm not the one you seek young one he didn't know what the man spoke of and wanted to find out. It's a long walk from Khan's little hovel to the Docks, but he didn't mind, he liked being so far from them because he never liked the view of the bay at all. Khan only about 5 blocks from the Docks stops to take a break, so he pulls out his tobacco pipe and lights it, he takes a long deep breathe puts the pipe away and continues walking toward his destination. only a block away now and Khan started to hear a low yell coming from a nearby building, probably someone's home and some couple fighting about something or another, Khan didn't care for his desire but the man's words had all but consumed him. It's midday and khan finally reach's the Docks, a little winded from the long walk, khan starts walking in between the warehouse's that scatter across the Docks, (when comparing to all the land of Imperia). He takes the time to note and mark certain places he had already been so he doesn't travel in circle's, Khan arrives frontside of this red bricked structure when a women started walking around the corner to his right. It's an elf, and not only that she's in all black leather, Khan stands there in awe, as he had done nothing but walk around the Docks when his destination found him!!.....
"I know why you are here.said the she-elf
she continued....
But do you? I hardly think so, for if you did you would'nt be standing here right now, but rather the place of your past. said the Elf in black.

Khan still staring at the beauty of the elf, long black hair well past her shoulders she had it up with a couple of finely shaven sticks. She was about 4 inchs shorter than Khan, slim-athletic chest, nice long perfectly shaped legs, and the black leather she wore was custom crafted armor, made from something Khan didn't know about. All khan knew was that armor had been made just for her, and is the only one of it's kind, after a few mins pass by Khan stops staring at her and conjure's enough courage to say:

Umm....How did you know I was coming to find you?[/]

......The man of course. said the female elf who sounded so certain of this.

Who are you? and what did you mean by "if you knew you wouldn't be here.." that doesn't make any sense you know?

Silence your un-answered questions. You need not know my name , for I am here to help you out...I have a task fit only for you, the elf in black, stands there for a moment taking her time and a quick breathe as to relieve the tension that filled up inside her..There is a certain object I need you to find, all I know is it's in the graveyard, the object I need you to get is a scroll it's buried somewhere there by a gravestone that reads "He who shall not be named" . If you return to me I'll reward you with a payment of 200 crowns, don't return and your life is forfeit."

Khan looks at her very confused. But realized that he would get no answers.
So you mind telling me where this place is?
All the elf in black did was point toward the Graveyard.

Khan nods and starts off in that direction, toward the Graveyard. after taking quite a few steps he looks back at the elf, at first she was standing there and in the next instant she faded into thin air. Khan wasn't bothered by this, last night was wierd enough for him, speaking with that female elf was wierd, so he wasn't about get distraut over something like a disappearence act.

Khan stopped a ways away from the graveyard, he stands there in contemplation and in his thought it reads: "Hmm, I wonder what she meant by, don't return and your life is forfeit? and who is she?, and what about the way she just dissappeared?, I can't make any sense of this whole scenario, something about the whole thing stank. Ah screw it, if you can't figure it out, either leave it or throw it away, besides I'm probably better off getting paid for a simple grab, but I need to acquire a shovel hmm, but where.
