Ahhh... Reenix smiled, finally a male who knew his place, "Why yes... I believe I do remember." She chuckled, masking a lie of her own. Though Reenix was quite satisfied with the demeanor of the vysstichi, she was quite taken aback by his training request.
Herbalism? What use of herbalism to this young brethren? She asked herself, a rhetorical question of course, she knew the answer before she had asked it, poisons? Of course poisons were indeed a valuable tool...
"Ah, yes indeed... Herbalism.." She drawled, pronouncing herbalism somewhat oddly while cocking an eyebrow at faust.
"110 crowns..." she concluded with a small but firm nod.

His hearty grin faded with his mood, which became so abruptly serious within a moment's notice. Canting his head in an agreeable nod, the Vysstichi Moriquendi fished out a rather meager purse from the interior of his robe, dropping the proper coinage out before him as he did so. Faust's words had been rather transparent it seemed, as the woman wore a sly expression that betrayed her true thoughts concerning his intentions. Of course poisons was but one of the many branches of herbalism in general, so too, were there ingredients that could prevent such poisons from inhibiting the body. It would prove to be a beneficial course, the dark elf knew, as his knowledge of such arts was so limited and nearly non-existent. He'd initially received the idea of undergoing such training back in Primus Gaudeo, where he'd briefly tasted the true powers of herbalism as an art and skill. Not to mention, he'd been situated within Har'oloth with quite some time to pass by, which could easily prove very boring should he not be able to find anything to entertain him throughout the duration of his stay.
"One hundred and ten crowns it is." the dark elf smirked once more before readying to move the pouch away. However, before he did so he deftly fingered out ten more coins and nonchalantly slid them to the female elf, casting a sly wink her way as he did so. It never hurt to make friends let alone acquaintances, and what better opportunity than to do so now. With a feint shrug of the shoulders, he nodded once more, "When do I begin?"

Reenix swiftly gathered up the hundred and ten crowns, glanced briefly at Faust and left the extra ten upon the counter.
"Tomorrow.." Replied Reenix immediately.
Apparently she had things to do, because she turned about and marched into the depths of the building, leaving faust alone with himself and his extra ten crowns.
OOC: Start a thread and PM me the link please.

Walking in silently Liack looked around the room quickly and bowed to the vyssitchi woman respectfully. Walking to the counter the Dark elf looked at the woman carefully and spoke, "Serale again. I'm looking to take up a course in stealth if possible."
Looking steadily at the elven woman Liack waited before adding, "and how much will that be? If you don't mind ma'am."

Morinel took note of the woman's race behind the counter. It didn't surprise him much, for the city seemed to be teeming with them, and this one seemed fairly attractive. He strode up to the counter, leaned on it with one elbow, and eyed the Vysstichi up and down. Quite the suit of armor she had, and by the amount of knives on her, he figured she'd be a tough adversary to deal with.
"Serale," he said when his eyes came back and met hers, "I'm interested in some training, however I don't see it on the sign. I'd like to know where I could perhaps gain some skill in the art of stealth, might you know such a place?"

OOC: Unfortunately, AGM Wraith has to take a break from moderation. I'll be picking up this thread for now. Sorry about the wait.
IC:
Liack Daka'nau
Reenix merely raked her eyes across his figure before a disdainful smirk touched her lips. Heaving a loud sigh, she responded nastily, "Well, even if I did mind, what will you do about it?"
Without giving the vysstichi male a chance to respond, she waved her slender hand airily. His previous bow had temporarily mollified her ever present spiteful nature and she deigned to respond in a languid tone, "Stealth . . . 200 crowns . . ."
Morinel
Reenix's upper lip twitched slightly in annoyance at the stupid human prancing around before her. How she longed to stomp out all the other races that dared to mingle with the great Vysstichi denizens of Vortex. She straightened up abruptly and her crimson eyes blazed before she spat out, "This counter is my working place. It is not meant to serve as a resting post for some human. Understand?"
Her temper was riled up . . . then again, when was it ever [i]not[i]? She curled her lips in disdain while mimicking Morinel's earlier scrutiny. Narrowing her eyes as they flitted up and down his figure, she sniffed in disgust before turning away. She folded her arms in exasperation before extending a hand palm up. "Stealth . . . 200. Pay first and make it snappy."

Morinel hadn't been in Vortex long enough to catch on that Humans were not often welcome amongst the citizens, and hardly ever amongst the Vysstichi. He was very tempted to respond to the seemingly random outburst with a wise comment of his own, being his nature, yet decided against it. If the first impression came off bad, then he figured it best not to continue doing as he is.
Morinel merely shrugged, and then stood up, taking an elbow off the desk. "Do you take bank notes?" he said, but without actually waiting for a response, pulled out two lightly crumpled notes, both worth one hundred crowns.

Liack raised an eyebrow at the woman, at their last meeting the woman and practically taken him for some wack job. Probably doesn’t remember, the dark elf pondered wonderingly, "That is a damn sight more expensive than before, but if it's your price..."
With a quick movement he reached into his pocket and produced a small sack, clanking with the few coins and notes he carried. Upending it on the counter he took fifty from the pile and pushed the remaining two hundred towards the elven woman. Waiting for further instructions he stood at the counter one hand finding it's way to one of the small silver rings in his ears.

Liack Daka'nau
Reenix started to take the money when she paused for a moment. "Actually, the school is trying out a new technique where students can opt for classes instead of one on one training. Students taking the same courses can join together underneath one instructor. I believe there has been an interest in stealth and if you want, you could opt for such a class instead with one other student. Of course, it'll be cheaper. Half the price. 100 crowns." The woman shrugged airily. "Of course, if you're not interested then whatever . . . 200 crowns it is."
Morinel
Reenix plucked the crumpled bank notes from Morinel's hand, wrinkling her nose slightly in disdain. Before she could pocket it though, she suddenly remembered something about a new program. "Oh right. If you wish to join with another student in a class to learn stealth underneath one teacher instead of having a one on one training, you could do so. It'll be half the price since the teacher will be divided between both of you two."
She stared at the human impatiently. "Well? Will it be 100 crowns or 200?"
OOC: Basically, if you guys don't mind, you two can join up in one training thread to learn stealth. However, it's completely your choice and if you just want a regular training thread, then it's okay. I promise I won't be angry.

OOC: Yeah sounds good, specially if it makes it easier or you, wraith being on holiday and all. Morinel, hope you chose to, if you do, this is after our little walk right?
IC: As he watched the better part of his latest paycheck pause as it slid across the counter Liack raised an eyebrow and looked at the vyssitchi woman suspiciously. A joint class, well I guess it couldn't be too bad he thought with a grin and he reached over to take back half the money, "Sure, anything to save me a few crowns."
As he carefully placed the rest of his money back in the small leather pouch and tucked it back inside his cloak. "So where and when do I meet my trainer, and if you don't mind, who will be the others in the class?"

OOC: Sorry about the wait. I'm just going to go ahead with your class first, Liack. Morinel, when you post, I'll just create a separate lesson for you or have you join Liack's thread then.
IC:
Reenix seemed to stiffen as she reluctantly relinquished her hold on half of Liack's money. Nodding slightly, she shrugged, "Alright, joint class it is. As for the other victim - ah, student in your class . . . no one yet . . . but stealth is a popular class and I'm sure we'll find someone pathetic enough to play with you." She pasted a sweet nasty smile on her face for a moment before glowering at the vysstichi. "Come back tomorrow and you'll meet your instructor then." Without another word, she turned around and began slamming through the drawers behind her desk.
OOC: Liack, please start a thread with a proper timestamp (Remember, it's spring now! Month: Optia) and an AGM will be with you shortly.

Liack nodded curtly and turned to leave. As he made his way to the door he wondered whether he'd be any good at the new lesson. Memories of his past cumbsiness came to mind but he pushed them away and opened the door to leave. Calling as he closed the door, "Tomorrow."
OCC: sorry about the delay, exams, the threads here

Opelya opened the door to the school and swept inside. Her face was set and emotionless. She usually had a smirk and a mischevious look in her eye. But most of the time that was around men and not snobby Vyssi women. Her back was straight and her eyes glowed in to dimness of the room. She went up the the desk where the vyssi women sat. "I wish to learn Basic healing and First Aid. I seem to be running into wounded men alot and I think its best I know exactly how to treat them." She fought the urge to grin. "How much is it?"

Reenix’ ebony face instantly turned into a mask of disdain as Opelya stepped into her school. The fullblooded vysstichi narrowed her crimson eyes until they were nothing more than tiny slits. Her full mouth had become a thin dark line. “Halfbreed ...” she crowled. Opelya’s status as a half dark elf was instantly noticeable to her trained eye. The girl might have been able to fool somebody who had never seen one of her kind before, but she could not fool her. She was a despiceable bastard that had no real place in Vortex.
“Basic healing and first aid?” Reenix repeated and snorted. A trade for a weakling. She would rather learn poisoning or stealth or something of that sort if she were a student, but then again the girl was a weakling of a halfbreed, so it was rather fitting. “I would not treat those wounded men at all ...” she commented laconically. “I would kill them and take all their things ...” She shrugged her shoulders and grinned. “But I suppose that thought has not entered your mind yet, eh?”
“200 crowns ...” she said without giving the girl the opportunity to answer and extended her hand, waiting for the money and pondering which teacher she should assign to the girl. The weakling of a vysstichi male? The halfling? The dwarf or the dracon? Maybe she would teach her herself just for the fun of it, because she derived some strange kind of pleasure from torturing young women, because she enjoyed it beyond measure to make somebody feel bad, to show a woman just how worthless she was.

Opelya let out a sigh. Useless to even try civility with ignorent people. I wish I wasn't half Vyssi. The idiots should have been killed in their cradles. None the less Opelya wasn't bothered by the racism to much. She was used to it. it have been far worse for her when she was younger. And still wasn't to easy. But someday when she trained to become an assassin she would be able to kill them off as horridly as she liked. This always made her feel better. "Actually the thought did come to mind. But I'd rather use them for things, over a long pariod of time, before I poison them or slice their throats. Plus killing humans is far to easy. On the other hand killing Vyssi is quite enjoyable, especaily when they are already wounded and in need of help." She smiled and pulled two, one hundred crown notes out of her pocket and handed them over.
"Do you by any chance offer poisoning or stealth, or lets see...anything along those lines? Or must I go higher up to get that kind of thing?"
