What is a Gypsy? (Hanzi)

IC: Kalenel was found this particular night wandering one of the many streets of the city. With his cloak hood seated atop his head hiding his visage, he looked as many of the vyystichi of the city do. He was a D'rinishad now, although that didn't make him feel a whole lot different when he was alone as he was tonight. He stuck to the shadows, as he almost always does out of habit. Observing others is something he enjoyed, and the young rogue could easily spend a lot of time doing so.

ooc: Do anything you want to grab Kalenel's attention.

"Why do you follow me!" Hanzi spotted those curious eyes in the shadows for sometime now. For two blocks the gypsy spied the midnight cloaked figure tread the same path as him. Hanzi stopped, making a play to pull out his pipe which was in his left pocket...

And Hanzi stepped to the side and swung his walking stick high, at Kalenel's head, which would not be hard to dodge. Hanzi was looking to throw out a warning.

Seeing the attack before it gained much momentum, Kalenel drew his dagger from his belt as he quickly ducked. He had not intended for any kind of fight, but a little practice could never hurt. Perhaps this human could prove a good test for the young Kalenel.

Trusting in his Rhingorda skills more than his skill with the dagger, Kalenel sent out a weak yet swift punch towards his opponent's midsection as he dashed past him. The young D'rinishad wished not to fight with his back to a wall, so taking the fight to the street seemed the best option. "A fiesty one you are, huh?" Kalenel said with a smile. "I wouldn't mind calming you down a bit."

Going into a defensive position in his Rhingorda stance, Kalenel awaited his opponent's move.

Hanzi dodged Kalenel's punch and sidestepped, twirled and finished with a flourish. The young human cracked his neck, shook out his arms and began to bounce on the balls of his feet. He bounced up and down, literally dancing in place, since Ataa was in fact based upon gypsy dancing.

"Fiesty enough." Hanzi replied with a heavy accent. "On guard!" He shouted and feinted an attack on Kalenel's right side with a quick jab before bouncing back to a defensive posture.

Throwing his cloak upon the earth, Kalenel too prepared himself for the ensuing contest of will. He had his dagger upon him, but quickly decided that he could use a bit of practice with his Rhingorda techniques. Seeing the human preparing to attack, the young D'rinishad readied himself.

Not flinching at the punch feigned toward him, Kalenel reacted quickly as the human's arm retracted toward his body. Being fast even for a vyystichi, Kalenel sent out a quick two punch combinaton as he hopped forward in his agile stance. Preparing himself to dodge any incoming attack, Kalenel would attempt to step back out of the way of any incoming attacks.

"Bater..." Hanzi growled in his native tounge. It meant 'so be it.'

Hanzi continued to bounce on an inaudible beat and sidestepped to the right as Kalenel let fly with his two punch combination. Hanzi employed the whip hand technique and his left hand swept up to deflect the fists. One he caught, but one connected with Hanzi's left shoulder.

But the whip hand was not done. His right leg stepped forward, into the attack and his right hand jabbed towards Kalenel's chest.

Kalenel recieved the glancing blow with a grunt, standing his ground even after taking the blow to the chest. Stepping to Hanzi's side, Kalenel moved swiftly and kept his hands up for defense. He was smaller and quicker than the human, and would have to use that to his advantage.

Using his front leg to swiftly swipe at the legs at the human, Kalenel would then quickly send a flurry of punches toward various points along his torso and head, totaling around 6 punches in all. After the attack, Kalenel would attempt to hop back out of range of any return attack. Kalenel had felt the power of the human, and would like it best not to feel it again.

Hanzi stepped into Kalenel's attack and executed the Press. His two hands pressed and slapped aside his torso punches, but Kalenel connected with a sharp crack to Hanzi's jaw. It stung and began to swell. Hanzi struck, timing it right after Kalenel's last punch. The gypsy weaved and pressed forward again. His right foot launched forward and the gypsy's body bent back, gathered momemtum and whipped forward. Hanzi's two fists shot out together, looking to connect with Kalenel's chest and at least knock the fellow back a couple paces.

Barely avoiding the human's counter punch and kick, young Kalenel thought himself in the clear. That thought was erased immediantly once both of his opponents fist slammed into his chest. Wincing in pain, the young vyystichi retreated a couple of paces, clearly respecting the skill of his opponent now.

Readying himself once again to push foward, Kalenel dashed quickly at his opponent. Stopping only a pace away from him, the young figher would attempt to loose two quick whipping kicks with the same leg, one aimed for his opponents legs, and one for the midsection. Coming back quickly to a defensive position, Kalenel readied himself for his opponents counterattack.
