Either Acid Sphere would have been capable of killing the man easily, the only difference being the speed at which each would have done the job. Neither would have hit its mark though as they’d be dispelled faster then he could make them. “And I wouldn’t let you kill him either. If you want a room to practice you can always ask Spirotyn, the Elf at the entrance. If you want someone to practice on you’ll have to find a victim yourself. Best to keep the laws in mind when you do if you want to stay out of trouble though.” Not that he’d have to follow the laws, just that he had to be aware of the consequences of attracting the wrong kind of attention.
