Juan Carlos Gonzalez II Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gonzalez created Aelyria in 1989 and brought together creative writers and fantasy enthusiasts over a small proprietary online service and began a revolution. Using narrative prose, players would assume the roles of fictional characters and collaborated in a storytelling venture that has generated millions of posts and enthralled tens of thousands of role players. Mr. Gonzalez holds degrees in History and Government from Dartmouth College and is a specialist in Ancient and Medieval History focusing specifically on political institutions in the Mediterranean and Middle East. Mr. Gonzalez is also a Global Mobility Specialist and has worked in people management for a large global business and technology consultancy. He is a published author and has appeared in various scholarly and business journals. Today, Mr. Gonzalez works tirelessly on next generation Play by Post social networks and web sites.

Stuart Marchant Executive Vice President

Mr. Marchant role played in Aelyria since 1994 and has been a major developer behind the game and its concepts, contributing decisively to the formation of the Play by Post creative experience system. Channelling his love of science, culture and politics, Mr. Marchant has played a central role in crafting the storytlines into a detailed and digestible compendium that community members enjoy. Mr. Marchant is the Creative Producer behind Play by Post's cross-genre initiative, where he takes his sharp wit and keen mind for detail into building the most immersive gaming experiences possible. Mr. Marchant is a published author of literary works, political reviews and science fiction. In his spare time, Mr. Marchant leads a large raiding guild of players on a massively multiplayer online game.

Kara Duran Vice President, Public Relations

Ms. Duran is an experienced journalist with cultivated and progressive ties to the new media and press, and she is a skilled designer with the electronic entertainment industry. After working as a systems designer for modern three-dimensional games, Ms. Duran became a major syndicated columnist and was published across gaming magazines and newspapers. Ms. Duran joined the Play by Post team in 1998 and oversees our communications, marketing and identity efforts. When not working on new announcements or crafting effective press releases, Ms. Duran also assists in the management of our online communities and serves as an ancillary team leader. Ms. Duran holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Applied Technology and a Master's Degree in Literature from Columbia University.

Zachary Brooks Vice President, Technology

Mr. Brooks is an accomplished technician and gifted programmer. A graduate of Princeton University and a specialist in hardware architecture, Mr. Brooks currently is working towards completing his Doctoratal degree in Robotics. He first joined Play by Post Inc. in 1996 and was instrumental in launching Aelyria onto the Internet by coding the first forums and message boards. Often hailed as a technical wizard, there is no challenge that Mr. Brooks does not eagerly confront and no puzzle that he has not ravenously devoured. Mr. Brooks presently oversees our experimental technologies group to push the boundaries of our creative imagination architecture platforms.

John A. White General Counsel

Mr. White is an experienced attorney specializing in intellectual property and contract law, with over forty years of active experience at trying cases at the state and federal levels. Mr. White oversees Play by Post's legal efforts in securing and protecting our intellectual property and proprietary interests emerging from our communities and games. Under his leadership, Play by Post LLC successfully defends its works by prosecuting individuals and organizations that infringe upon our original materials, keeping our communities safe and the integrity of our products sound. Mr. White attended Dartmouth College for his undergraduate education and holds a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
