Play by Post LLC is in the process of documenting and detailing its proprietary and patented creative experience system, from conception to delivery. The Platform can be used and leveraged by any web site striving for excellence and standardization and can be a tool by which sites more readily obtain certification. The final protocol will consist of a methodological approach to the Play by Post creative experience system, and focus on four critical stages of delivery: design, develoment, implementation, and management.
Design
All solid Play by Post sites begin with a revolutionary idea which can range from a modest but curious play on a common concept to a decisive and fundamental creative artistic undertaking that is unparalleled. Play by Post LLC leverages the use of fusion sessions and workshops located at serene and productive design centers intended to focus the mind and sharpen the senses. Collaboration as a wider group is heightened by iteration in smaller break outs.
Development
Identification of major issues, owners, next steps, and timelines is a critical component of moving beyond design and into productive, recurring development. Program management successfully employs the use of a variety of tools at this stage, including metrics-driven, results-oriented, goal-focused solutions aimed at thinking outside of the box. Development concludes with the emergence of a breakthrough, whereby the solution is articulated coherently and completely.
Implementation
No less difficult is the task of actually deploying said vision onto the site, from the requisition of the necessary tools and resources to the attraction and retention of critical talent necessary for the construction of the Play by Post environment. A multi-domain implementation approach must examine the technology, creative design and user experience, quality assurance, and program management components of the delivery of the site. Once successfully concluded through phased and sequenced releases, the engagement evolves towards ongoing service and support.
Management
Most Play by Post environments spend little thought on the prior steps of methodology and simply deploy and run themselves organically, but this is a fatal error that neglects pragmatic realities.
